Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By messaging Almaty AI Concierge you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is operated from Almaty, Kazakhstan.
2. What the service is
Almaty AI Concierge is an AI assistant that helps visitors to Almaty with translation, local recommendations, trip planning and communication with local businesses. It is an information and assistance service. It is not a travel agency, not a booking platform, not a licensed guide, not a taxi company and not an emergency service.
3. What the service is not
- Not an emergency service. If you are in danger, injured, or a victim of crime, call 112 in Kazakhstan immediately. Do not rely on us in an emergency.
- Not professional advice. We do not give medical, legal, financial or safety advice. We can help you find a doctor, a lawyer or a police station and translate for you.
- Not a guarantee. We do not guarantee that a restaurant has a table, that a price will not change, that a driver will arrive, or that any third party will act as described.
4. Free requests and subscription
- New users receive 3 free concierge requests.
- After that, Concierge Pro costs US $4.99 per month and includes unlimited requests.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices are stated in US dollars and may change with notice. Taxes may apply.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We never store your card details.
- If the service is unavailable for a full billing month, contact us and we will refund that month.
5. AI limitations
Answers are produced by an AI system and may contain mistakes. We distinguish between information that is confirmed, likely, and unconfirmed, and we tell you which is which. Always confirm critical details — addresses, prices, times, medical and safety matters — before you rely on them. Where an answer matters, ask us to verify it and we will contact the business directly.
6. Acting on your behalf
When you ask us to contact a local business, you authorise us to communicate your request — for example a table for two at 20:00 — to that business on your behalf. We report an action as completed only when the other party has confirmed it. Any contract for goods or services is between you and that business, on their terms and at their prices. We may receive a commission from some partners; we never present a partner as the best option when it is not suitable for your stated needs.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information: dates, times, number of people, addresses.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or harmful.
- Do not send other people's personal data without their permission.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
- Pay for services you order from third parties.
We may suspend or end access if these rules are broken.
8. Third-party services
Restaurants, hotels, drivers, guides and other providers are independent businesses. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, quality, prices, delays or cancellations.
9. Availability
We aim to answer quickly and to operate continuously, but the service depends on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and our AI providers, and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Intellectual property
The name Almaty AI Concierge, this website and its content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. You keep the rights to the content you send us and you allow us to process it to provide the service.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, missed flights, missed bookings, or losses caused by third parties or by reliance on unverified information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation; if that fails, by the competent courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan, without prejudice to consumer protections available to you where you live.
